Specific Terms: The minimum house party size is 12 people (max 16). This means that if only 10 people actually spend the weekend, they will be charged for 12 people. We ask that the House Party group deposit Eu 800 to reserve the weekend. This is refundable up until 60 days prior to the arrival date. Should the cancellation occur less than 60 days prior to arrival there will be no refund unless the weekend can be sold to another group.
