On December 24 enjoy a leisurely Full Irish Breakfast in our restaurant and then avail of all the beautiful attractions in the village.That evening we will inaugurate the season of goodwill with a festive Champagne reception followed by a four course candlelit Christmas dinner in our Award Winning Maigue Restaurant. After dinner join the Holy Trinity Abbey Choir who will enchant one and all with a recital of Christmas carols.


25 December. Start your Christmas Day with a traditional Irish Breakfast served in the Maigue Restaurant. Enjoy the morning at your leisure but be back in time for a mulled wine reception which precedes the arrival of Santa Claus on horseback! Enjoy a light luncheon and the arrival of our very own Seannchai,who will entrall you with his stories.He will then lead guests on a Victorian walking tour of the beautiful thatched village of Adare. Christmas evening begins with a luxurious Champagne Reception before indulging in a five course Gala Christmas Dinner specially prepared for you by our Executive Chef. After dinner enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our Bar to dwindle on the joys of the day .



26 December. Arise late and indulge in a leisurely Irish breakfast. Relax and enjoy a day at your own pace. There are ample activities for everybody to enjoy. Follow the Local Hunt, take a trip to the Limerick Races or be pampered in our Leisure Centre. Whilst you have been exploring for the afternoon our creative team will have prepared and produced another farewell candlelit dinner in the Maigue Restaurant.


27 December. Wake up to a relaxed breakfast before we bid you farewell. For those who are staying on, the Seasonal Spirit continues amid the Winter Wonderland of Adare. For those departing we wish you a Happy & Prosperous New Year as you leave with great memories to speed your journey.
