Meet Avvio's Frank Reeves and Rich Tuckwell at IHTF 2017
Keep updated with what's happening in travel technology...
Two of Avvio’s direct booking experts have jetted to the International Hotel Technology Forum (IHTF) in Disneyland Paris for5-7 April 2017 and they’re not going for the rollercoasters.
Avvio’s CEO and co-founder, Frank Reeves and VP of Sales and Marketing, Rich Tuckwell (who was last week named one of HSMAI Europe’s Top 20 Extraordinary Minds) are joining other industry leaders at the IHTF in meetings, workshops and roundtable discussions.
Avvio is excited to be sponsoring the event and will be there for all three days.
Attending IHTF? Join Franks’ roundtable to discuss personalisation in the hotel industry
On Thursday 6 April, Frank will head the roundtable discussion on ‘Personalisation and Localisation: Why Every Consumer Counts’.
With Frank’s experience in the industry, he excels at predicting, researching and debating disruptive technologies and using them to constantly improve the Avvio platform and drive hoteliers’ direct booking revenue.
“Avvio is all about innovation. It’s how we ensure we drive growth in direct bookings for our partners, by looking at the booking process through the guests’ eyes. As digital trends and technologies keep advancing, so do guests’ expectations, so it is essential for accommodation providers to constantly exceed these expectations if they want guests to book directly through their website and rebook again in the future.”
Join this informative roundtable to discuss how accommodation providers can use personalisation to improve conversions, challenge the OTAs with advanced direct bookings and strengthen customer loyalty with an exceptional online and in-house experience.
What is IHTF?
IHTF brings together 300 leading hoteliers, management companies, OTAs and technology suppliers in a programme of workshops, scheduled meetings, discussions and debates.
Along with roundtables, like Frank’s personalisation session, delegates can also attend on-stage interviews, listen to big debates, learn about industry case-studies and of course, network with one another.
If you're at the IHTF this year and you spot Rich and Frank be sure to pop over and say hello!
