Getting Personal At Hotel Tech Lab London
Keep updated with what's happening in travel technology...
I’m going to be getting personal with London’s hoteliers. On 16 May, I’ll be speaking at the Hotel Tech Lab about personalisation and localisation, why every consumer matters.
The event brings together industry experts to comment on disruption in hospitality, and the impact of the millennial mind-set. In an age of smart data, digital transformation and our growing reliance on the internet and mobile devices, it’s more important than ever to keep up with industry and digital trends, and to remain poised to adapt at any given moment.
As technology becomes more advanced and automated, interactions between businesses and consumers are becoming increasingly impersonal. But hoteliers and other accommodation providers need to use data to recapture the human element, which is so fundamental to the hospitality industry. To attract and hook the interest of guests with high standards and short attention spans, hoteliers need to be smart with their communication. My presentation will discuss how you can use personalisation to build a stronger and longer-lasting relationship with guests and to also increase direct and repeat bookings.
Léa Vernet, a key member of the Global Partnership team at Availpro, says, “We’re delighted to have Frank presenting at the Hotel Tech Lab conference on Tuesday. The event will bring together Frank and five other hospitality experts to discuss the current trends and technology disrupting the hotel industry. I look forward to hearing Frank’s insights into how hoteliers can increase revenue through direct bookings, personalisation and customer loyalty.”
