Implementations Co-Ordinator

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Overview

Avvio is currently expanding due to continued success and we are now looking to add to our Limerick team.  

Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, you will be supporting the team in all aspects of client on-boarding and implementations 

Responsibilities

          • Project management of all implementations (for all services including both new and existing customers).  
          • Understanding and logging all requirements of each implementation in conjunction with other departments.
          • Ensuring that client expectations are appropriatly managed in conjunction with the Account Management teams and relevant delivery teams.
          • Prepare reports that show the status of each implementation and tracking progress against target implementation dates/period and any other service levels that have been agreed.
          • Timely distribution of update reports to all stakeholders.
          • Be the first line of resolution of customer queries.
          • Escalate any problems or issues that cannot be resolved without input from other teams on a timely basis.
          • Ensure all departments have completed their actions relating to each implementation.
          • Support account management where required.
          • Logging all customer implementation queries.
          • Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Design and Digital Marketing and Software teams to understand client/deal structure and agree requirements/responsibilities.
          • Initial contact with new clients and send out all documentations.
          • Key contributor to continuous process improvement efforts.
          • Support in other ad hoc projects as required from time to time.

 

Essential Competencies

          • Strong analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to analyse a client request and identify the key requirements of the Avvio process.
          • Demonstrated self-starter; takes initiative to proactively prioritize and manage team workload.
          • Project management experience.
          • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, Capability to multi-task.
          • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion, both verbally and in writing.
          • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and work to tight deadlines.
          • Competent in the use of MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Word especially.
          • Ability to create professional documentation for internal company use and for clients.

Junior Product Specialist

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Overview

We require a junior Product Specialist to join our expanding Sales team based in our Limerick office. With sales responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business, the Junior Product Specialist will assist sales in understanding new business opportunities; in developing responses to Requests for Information; participation in product demonstrations, presentations and day to day support of sales.;

Reporting to the Product Specialist, the successful candidate will also review Sales Handover Documentation and liaise with Implementation where necessary to facilitate complete Handover.;

The successful candidate must display confidence and strength of knowledge in front of prospective clients and work to fit within the sales process. They will need at times to work to deadlines and some travel may be involved.;

Digital Marketing Account Manager

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Overview

Due to our continued growth Avvio has an opening for a Digital Marketing Account Manager in our Limerick Offices. ;

Avvio is the leading provider of booking engine technology and digital marketing solutions to the hotel industry. Avvio's mission is to help hotels drive profitability and lower their cost of sale by empowering hotels to convert more visitors on their own branded website.;

 Responsibilities

          • Manage a portfolio of our key Accounts.
          • Use Analytics and Insights to develop a roadmap of digital marketing activity for your Portfolio.
          • Be responsible for the Budget management on all your activities and maintain all deadlines and associated lead in times.
          • Deliver on Traffic Targets for your Clients.
          • Plan and Execute PPC campaigns to grow traffic and revenue through your portfolio.
          • Plan and Execute SEO campaigns to grow traffic and revenue through your portfolio.
          • Assist clients with content strategies and social media advertising campaigns.
          • Attending Client Meetings and own the Client relationship from a Digital Perspective.
          • Assist the Digital Marketing Team Lead with Strategy and Process Improvements.

 

Essential Competencies

              • Business or marketing degree ideally.
              • Minimum 3 Years Experience in a Digital Marketing Role. Results Driven
              • Strong Experience in SEO strategies and driving SEO success for clients.
              • Proven Results in driving Traffic and Revenue Improvement to your existing Portfolio.
              • Strong communication and presentation skills.
              • Customer Focused.
              • Strong Leadership Qualities.
              • Proficient in HTML, Microsoft Office, etc.
              • Experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Bing.
              • Strong Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.
              • Commercially focused with an analytical mind.
              • Google AdWords Qualified ideally.

Junior Web Designer

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Overview

Avvio is looking to add a Junior Web Designer to our busy design team in Limerick. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the design department. 

 Responsibilities

          • Design, development and maintenance of updates to responsive web sites incorporating innovative solutions and industry best practices.
          • Building of websites within Content Management System.
          • Optimising photography for web.
          • Strong understanding of responsive design. Must be able to create and adapt design solutions for mobile, tablet, etc.
          • Designing and building of Email Newsletters.
          • Knowledge of UX with a focus on mobile, tablet and desktop.
          • Work independently to achieve team goals and reach target timelines.
          • Report regularly to Head of Design on the status of active updates.
          • Testing of all design layouts, code and scripts on multiple browsers and devices.
          • Lend support and assistance where needed to other departments within the company.
          • Solve problems creatively and come up with alternative solutions.

 

Requirements

              • 3rd level qualification in graphic/web related area.
              • Experience in a similar role.
              • Strong design portfolio highlighting digital work.
              • Ability to write clean, SEO friendly HTML and CSS. Good working knowledge of web-standards.
              • Experience designing clean, visually engaging, goal-driven websites and interfaces.
              • Experience of digital content loading/publishing; use of a content management system.
              • Proficient IT skills, especially with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Dreamweaver / Illustrator / HTML / Web Design).
              • Comfortable working in a busy design environment.
              • Enthusiastic and structured approach to workloads with good problem solving abilities.
              • Desire to learn about new technologies and developments.
              • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
              • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
              • Ability to prioritise own workload and work to exacting deadlines.
              • Possess strong design skills and attention to detail.
