Yes. You can add any of the following services on to any of the packages:

  • Microsoft Ads @ 150 per account per month
  • Paid social @ 150 per campaign per month
  • Any non-rooms campaign (wedding, golf etc) @ 100 per campaign per month

You can also swap one of these for an equivalent-priced feature in one of the packages. Ask the Sales team when you call.

We offer a broad range of digital marketing services including (but not limited to) Google Search Ads & Remarketing, Google Display, Microsoft Ads, metasearch and paid social.

Our digital contracts are normally tied to your booking engine contract. But if, for any reason, you decide that you don’t want to continue using our digital services we will not hold you back.

Typically our digital marketing customers also use our booking engine.

No. But we have used all of our experience and expertise to pull together the packages and we believe they offer the best way to build your digital capability. However, if you decide you want a more bespoke solution, we can build one for you.

Yes, it’s often called social media marketing or paid social. We can help you to bring your digital brand to life across social channels. We run paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Yes. We consider a campaign to be “rooms” or “non-rooms“. Rooms are your bedrooms in the hotel. Non-rooms are other digital goals you might have for example – weddings, spa bookings, golf. They are not included in the Discovery or Growth packages but can be added for 100 per month per campaign.

Metasearch gets your hotel in front of your customers when they are in the consideration stage:

We believe metasearch is a fundamental part of your overall digital marketing strategy and it’s important that all elements are connected.

It’s impossible to say as this varies by hotel depending on your digital goals. However, to have a meaningful impact we recommend that you reinvest at least 3 – 4 % of booked revenue (per month) for PPC and 1% for Metasearch.
