Advanced Flash Sales – Rooms now included!
One of the highlights of our August 2020 release was the advanced Flash Sale functionality and, in particular, the ability to apply a sale or exclusion on a per Room basis.
This should help you drive revenue across certain room types during foreseen periods of reduced demand or allow you to omit high demand room types from general sales.
Does your hotel have an up-selling and cross-selling strategy in place?
Now, more than ever, we need to look at boosting profitability and driving guest revenues. Avvio’s Dynamic Packaging module allows you to expand your offering and enhance your guest’s overall experience. These tailored inclusions can be added during the booking process or, via Allora – at any time pre-check-in.
With many hoteliers re-aligning their marketing strategy to focus on the domestic market, there is no better time to consider setting up Group Rates. Avvio’s minimum number of rooms per rate feature will allow you to offer a discounted rate to guests who book multiple rooms (you set the minimum!) within the one transaction. This would be very useful at the moment for Reunion Rates.
Rates have an option to provide length of stay discounts, but this was applied to all dates which may not be desirable. Based on your feedback to provide the ability to mitigate this, we have provided the functionality to restrict LOS discounts on specific dates.
Cross selling and Up Selling within the booking path is a great way to drive ancillary spend and boost overall revenue. As part of our November Release we introduced the option to apply Early Check In and/or Late Check Out to all rooms at your property.
