This week we’re at HITEC in Minneapolis. HITEC is the world’s largest and oldest hospitality technology exposition and conference brand that brings together the brightest minds and hottest technologies from across the globe.
I’m incredibly excited to be exhibiting and speaking at this year’s event – if you are attending don’t forget to come and visit us at booth 2345. Our Co-founder and CEO Frank Reeves and Chief Commercial Officer Michael De Jongh will be on the stand with me, sharing their direct booking expertise with hoteliers.
I’m particularly looking forward to running the ‘Engaging AI’ workshop at 12:45pm in the Exhibition Hall Tutorial Room on Day 2. This session will cover the importance of involving metric based engagement marketing, and creating a fully engaging user experience coupled with personalized and AI driven digital marketing / technologies to increase direct revenue, recurring bookings and enhanced up-sell and ancillary adoption.
In today’s digital age personalization means very different things to people across different sectors. Unfortunately, personalization has become an overused expression when it comes to customer experience.
