We’re now recruiting for a proven Sales & Marketing Director to continue growing and developing the team, and establish scalable processes to drive success. You will need to have a detailed understanding of outbound sales prospecting across EMEA markets, a passion for coaching and developing your team, and a relentless focus on improving the process of prospecting & lead generation. To be considered for this role you will be a highly experienced seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with a strong track record of achieving & exceeding big sales growth numbers. Must have built and lead 5-10+ person sales teams, been totally accountable to executive management boards for delivering the numbers, and been responsible for developing/driving the full sales strategy for the business.
